Popular Nigerian hip hop star David Adeleke popularly better known as Davido is still mourning the death of his uncle, Senator Isiaka Adeleke.

The senator representing Osun West, passed away on Sunday, April 23 at Biket Hospital in Osogbo, the state capital after reportedly slumping.

Davido yesterday, April 25 on his Snapchat alleged that his uncle was killed because he had plans for next election in Osun state.

ZENITHBLOG.com recalls that Davido took to Instagram on Monday morning to express sadness over the incident. “Heartbroken Rest In Peace My dear uncle…. SHERUBAWON,” the singer wrote.

The deceased is the brother of Davido’s father, Adedeji Adeleke.
