The court in its ruling ordered that the IPOB leader be remanded in Kuje Prison until he meets his bail condition which included the provision of three sureties with a bail bond of N100 million each.

The IPOB leader was driven out of the prison facility by a former minister of aviation Osita Chidoka in a black Mercedes SUV to the Federal High Court to ‘sign off’ as explained by his lawyer before driving off to an unknown location.
