2. Ofe Onugbu (Bitterleaf soup)
It is made with bitterleaf which it is named after. Cocoyam can be used as a thickener. Despiet the name, it is not bitter at all.
3. Ora (oha) soup
Just as ofe onugbu is named after the leaf, so is this soup named after the oha leaves used in preparing it.Taste this soup and you will testify.
4. Abacha (African salad)
It is made of sliced cassava, ugba, garden eggs, utazi leaves. The taste will leave your taste buds longing for more. If you have not yet tasted this salad, then you really are missing out.

5. Okpa
It is made with okpa beans (Bambara Groundnut or Bambara Beans) which has a natural delicious flavor. It can be either a meal or a snack. Indulge your taste buds in the delicious and healthy delight of Okpa.
6. Ukwa (African breadfruit)
Ukwa is one of the popular foods eaten by the Igbo people. It is made from fresh breadfruit. The seeds are shelled, washed and cooked with crystal soda (akanwu) and water till it is soft enough for consumption.

It is made of battered, slightly mashed yams yam with cowpea, onions and ugba topping.

9. Isi ewu (Sauced goat head)
This popular delicacy originates from the eastern part of Nigeria. It is made with goat head and every single part is edible including the brain. It is similar to nkwobi but with a slight difference.
