BREAKING: National Assembly wins as Police return documents seized from Senator Goje's home

The Punch is reporting that the Nigeria Police Force has returned the documents that it seized from the home of Senator Danjuma Goje.

Reports said that at least 12 vehicles, including about eight police vans were stationed outside the building and at least 25 mobile police officers were sighted outside the building, located on Haile Selassie Street, Asoroko.

Police return Senator Goje's documents

Senator Goje has received back his documents which were confiscated by the police during a raid of his home in Abuja.

The Punch says Police returned the documents on Thursday after the National Assembly directed the Inspector General of Police Ibrahim Idris to return them.
