Boko Haram insurgents are still causing panic despite assurances from the Nigerian government that they have been defeated.
The faction of the Islamist sect led by Abubakar Shekau has released a new video taunting President Muhammadu Buhari and other government officials.
In the short video clip, a preacher was seen ranting about the Nigerian government and some villagers were also being flogged for different offences.
