Editor’s note: The recent arrest of notorious kidnap kingpin, Chukwudiememe Onwuamadike aka Evans by the Lagos state police division has continued to generate reactions from Nigerians both home and abroad.
In this article, the ZENITHBLOG.com partner blogger , Ola Oluwa explains why the billionaire kidnapper Evans should have kidnapped people who have cornered Nigeria’s common wealth.
I believe the kidnappers should be the mouthpiece of common man. I am disappointed in Nigeria kidnappers particularly ‘Evans and co’ because all they need to do is to work in favour of Buhari’s administration.
I feel bad because Evans didn’t even mention as little as one politician among his victims. It is sad the he was busy kidnapping business men who work hard for the money. If Evans had kidnapped the people who have ‘kidnapped’ Nigeria wealth, I believe only stupid Nigerian will have criticised him.

I will advise other kidnappers in the country to please change the patterns and start doing a straight research about political offices holders. They should kidnap the corrupt politicians and make sure they collect the entire nation’s wealth they have cornered from them. But as for Evans he shouldn’t go unpunished because he had terrorised ordinary Nigerians.

As for other kidnappers out there, the Nigeria law will deny their innocence when they’re caught, one day they will be nailed down but make sure they assist the nation. My advice for kidnappers is to work in support of current administration.
In conclusion, if they are arrested, Nigerians will not criticize them the way Evans is being criticized and to other professionals, contribute to this country’s greatness, Buhari administration is an opportunity for us to uplift this nation and her citizens.
