A 53-year-old Nigerian man named Abdullahi Shuaibu has been arrested by the police in New York in the United States of America for robbing banks.
Sahara Reporters reports that although Shuaibu works at the United Nations headquarters in the famous city, he was also a bank robber who hit four banks in two months.

According to the report, Shuaibu robbed the banks during his lunch break from his work at the United Nations.

Shuaibu was said to have committed the first robbery on February 27, 2017 when he walked into a Santander Bank and demanded cash from the teller while threatening to shoot if the employee did not comply.
He also hit another bank, a Bank of America, in March but failed to rob it but later that month
On Monday, April 17, Shuaibu made attempt to rob an HSBC bank after walking into the banking hall and passing a note demanding cash to the teller while claiming he had a gun in his hand in his jacket pocket.

ZENITHBLOG.com gathered that his secret was busted when he was recognized by a retired police officer working at the UN recognized from a surveillance photo previously released by the New York Police Department.
He was arrested after returning to work that afternoon.
The report says all the robberies were committed at banks that were within walking distance of the UN headquarters where he worked.
He has now been charged with two counts of robbery and two counts of attempted robbery.
