Cook these seeds for several hours and then slice them into pieces. Do not forget to wash them and put aside to prepare your salad.

- One teaspoon of Ehu seeds (ground);
- Two stock cubes of Knorr or Maggi;
- Five tablespoons of crayfish (ground);
- Salt to taste;
- Dry pepper to taste;
- One large onion or two small;
- Fish;

- Two tablespoons of palm oil;
- Two cups of Ugba;
