A disputed piece of land with C of O in Oregun, Ikeja between Engineer Kunle Okunola and Charles Ifidon which is presently in court has reportedly created chaos in the area.
A man allegedly brutalised by police
In a message sent to ZENITHBLOG.com, a Facebook user, Damola Emily alleged that the AIG zone 2 led his men in collaboration with one Mr Ifidion to the area to destroy property belonging to Engr Okunola.

She said that the court had ruled that the duo should maintain status quo pending the determination of the case.
She said: “A disputed piece of land with c/o in Oregun, Ikeja between Engineer Kunle Okunola and Charles Ifidon which is presently in court but due to the gift of money and promise of parcel of land on the property by Mr Charles Ifidon, the AIG Zone2 led his men in collaboration with Mr Charles Ifidon to destroy and cart away and to dispossess Engr Kunle Okunola the status quo to be maintained as ruled by the court pending the determination of the case.

“Meeting with the AIG a day before the incident, he acknowledged the court ruling that both party should maintain the status quo and observe the court ruling and even jokingly alleging us of taking resources of Lagos to Abuja in writing petition on the matter which led us to give him a gift of three hundred thousand Naira with other gift items like perfume, toiletries and vitamins.
“But to our amazement, he ordered his men to vandalize/destroy and abuse court process in favour of Mr charles Ifidon.
The list of items damaged, vandalized and carted away according to her includes:
“Three DAF trucks loaded with 3 number Tokunbo engines, 40 rims with tyres, 8kegs of engine n hydraulic oil, 2box gears etc were carted away.
“Iveco and Daf trailers, Daf Hiab tipping trucks were seriously damaged in the compound
“640 feet length perimeter fence destroyed, security office and equipment destroyed, welding machine and 100kva generator,4 water pumps,2 mixer machines, destroyed.

“Staffs quarters and personal belongings, 10000 pieces of concrete blocks, insulator wires, electrical poles, 6 metal gates,200 bags of cement all were destroyed.
