Barely four days after he was released from prison after meeting bail conditions, the leader of the Independent Peoples of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has allegedly disobeyed one of the conditions attached to his bail.
ZENITHBLOG.com previously reported that the trial Justice Binta Nyako Federal High Court, Abuja said her decision to release Kanu on bail on Tuesday April 25 was based on health grounds and stated as part of bail conditions that the Biafra leader must not be in a crowd exceeding 10 persons.

As part of his bail conditions, Kanu was ordered never to grant any press interview pending the outcome of his trial. The court also ordered that he will not be in a gathering of more than 10 persons.
Justice Binta Nyako however said that Kanu’s bail will be revoked if any of the orders are flouted.
According to the judge, treasonable felony – the charges against them is a serious offence against the state. Also, the judge refused the application by Kanu to vary her previous order on protecting witnesses in the matter.

However, shortly after his release, he posed for picture in a crowd more than 10.
