Acting President Yemi Osinbajo on Saturday, May 27, appointed a new Director General for the National Pension Commission (PENCOM).
ZENITHBLOG.com gathered that Funso Doherty the new appointee whose appointment is subject to senate confirmation replaces Mal. Dikko Aliyu AbdulRahman.
Osinbajo has also approved the following appointments for some Federal Government Parastatals, Agencies and Commissions.

Mr. Funso Doherty — Director-General, National Pension Commission
Mr. Manase Benga — Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission
Zaki Magawata — Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission
Ben Oviosun — Executive
Nyerere Ayim — Executive Commissioner, National Pension Commission
Dikko Aliyu AbdulRahman — Chairman, Governing Board of the Bank of Industry
Mr. Olukayode Pitan — Managing Director, Bank of Industry
Mr. Emeka Nwakpa — Chairman, Governing Board of the Consumer Protection Council
ZENITHBLOG.com previously reported that PenCom’s ex-Director General Chinelo Anohu- Amazu was sacked on Wednesday, April 19 by President Muhammadu Buhari.
Anohu-Amazu was removed for Dikko Aliyu Abdulrahman as Director-General (Subject to Senate Confirmation) while Funso Doherty is chairman, Akin Akinwale is executive commissioner, Abubakar Zaki Magawata, Ben Oviosun and Nyerere Ayim as executive commissioners.
