A heavy rain that lasted more than 12 hours, has reportedly led to the death of no less than 20 people in Suleja, a town near Abuja, on Sunday, July 9.
ZENITHBLOG.com gathered that the rain, which reportedly started around the evening of Saturday, July 8 fell without stop till the afternoon of Sunday.
In a video shared by Sahara Reporters, residents of the area could be seen helping each other across the streets with homes submerged in flood.

Meanwhile, ZENITHBLOG.com earlier reported a similar experience in Awka Etiti, a town in Anambra state.
ZENITHBLOG.com gathered that some parts of Awka Etiti local government area in Anambra state, were almost submerged due to heavy rainfall.
