A Nigerian man, Nnamdi Chiawalamuoke, has trekked from Aba to Umuahia to meet and greet the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
Kanu was arrested for broadcasting what the Nigerian government called ‘hate speeches’ on his Radio Biafra, which though is located in London, is received in southeast and parts of south-south
Chiawalamuoke revealed that he trekked to Umuahia because he made a promise to God to trek anytime IPOB leader is released from detention.

He was filled with joy after he was allowed to meet Kanu who shook him and lauded him for his support.
Kanu said: “you are indeed a hardcore Biafran.”
You may recall that Kanu was released from Kuje detention after spending a year and some months in prison.
