The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Act 2010 (Amendment) Bill, 2018 (SB. 699) was perused the THIRD time and PASSED.
Talking on the passed bill, President of the Senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki said the president will now give his consent as the nation presently has a discretionary procedure.
As indicated by him, "This will go on far in enhancing our discretionary procedure and further fortify our administration and I'm certain with this, Mr president will obviously give his consent and we can now at long last have a constituent procedure we as a whole will be glad for."
