ZENITHBLOG.com has obtained a video of the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, observing what appears to be a traditional/spiritual rite, aboard an international flight.
The Ooni is one of the most highly revered traditional rulers in Nigeria and regarded as the guardian of Yoruba traditional culture and heritage.
The Ooni has been known to attract attention when travelling with his large entourage, especially when making international trips.
However, it came as a surprise to many when during a recent flight enroute to Canada, one of his loyal traditional aides, took to performing what appeared to be incantations/traditional rites, just before the Ooni took his seat.
