The governor of Anambra state, Willie Obiano, on Tuesday, July 18 saved the live of a motor accident victim when his convoy stopped by the scene to rush her to the nearest hospital.
ZENITHBLOG.com learnt that the governor came upon the accident scene at Ogidi, while he was on his way to Obosi and Onitsha to inspect some ongoing projects in the two towns.

The governor joined his entourage to help the victim into a one of the cars and she was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital.

This is reportedly not the first time the governor would be ordering his convoy to stop so he could help accident victims by the roadside.

Meanwhile, the Indigenous People of Biafra has officially ordered another sit at home.
This time around, the IPOB ordered the people of Anambra to observe the sit at home protest on the day of the forth coming gubernatorial election in the state.
In a statement made available on the group’s Radio Biafra Facebook page, IPOB said it ordered the sit at home to safe guard lives of the people because governor Willie Obiano has colluded with the military to slaughter the people of the state.
