Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has asked Nigerian Christians to pray for the country

– He says prayer for Nigeria is the instruction from God to all Christians

Against the views of some Nigerians that prayers cannot be the solution to Nigeria’s problems, Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has said that the only solution to Nigeria’s challenge is prayers from sincere and God fearing Christians.

Governor Okowa, who once told a gathering of journalists in Asaba that he is a born again Christian, said Christians across the country should pray for Nigeria and all decision makers, maintaining that: “It is God’s express instruction through which our land and country could be healed.”
