Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan on new media has warned Acting President Yemi Osinbajo not to allow himself to be pushed into the shadows by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Reno Omokri says acting President Osinbajo should not let himself be pushed into the background

He wrote: “There is nothing wrong with President Muhammadu Buhari treating Vice President Professor Yemi Osinbajo like a son, but it is more respectful to treat him like a brother.

“How you treat your son is different from how you treat your brother. Your son is under you in a subm*ssive way,

but your younger brother is behind you but not under you.

“Osinbajo should submit to the Nigerian constitution and not to Buhari. He should respect and defer to Buhari but he should also have a spine and be his own man.”

Omokri’s words come just as ex-aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode and Lauretta Onochie, an aide to President Buhari bicker over the same issue.

ZENITHBLOG.com reported earlier that Fani-Kayode, in series of tweets late on Friday, May 12, described Onochie as a hireling that was below him, then went on to describe her in several very unfashionable words.

Fani-Kayode’s words come just after Onochie lambasted him earlier on Friday over his comments about acting vice president Osinbajo after the latter said President Buhari treated like a son.
