The registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Ishaq Oloyede has announced that all applicants interested in registering for the ongoing Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) can still apply.
Oloyede said the board got a mandate from the Senate some weeks ago to increase the registration for the UTME by one month
Oloyede speaking during his visit to the Computer Based Test centre in Lagos on Friday, May 19, confirmed that interested candidates can still apply for UTME.

“As I speak, we have registered additional 1,100 candidates,” Oloyede said.
ZENITHBLOG.com earlier reported that the JAMB registrar earlier announced that out of the 1,648,429 candidates writing the ongoing UTME, the results of 1,048,914 have been released.

Oloyede noted that the candidates were also not doing bad going by the results so far released by the examination body.
