A popular Islamic cleric, Sheikh Bashir Mohammed Bashir, has been dubbed the silent sheikh after he decided to stop talking since 1990.
According to report, the Sudanese cleric communicates with people by writing on papers and also uses the same method whenever he appears on television shows.
