Meanwhile, activist and convener of the #OurMumuDonDo movement, Charly Boy has lashed out at members of the Senate, over their calls for him to stop protesting about President Muhammadu Buhari’s health condition.

The activist was responding to a statement credited to members of the Senate, that the protesters were being unreasonable, as the president had not committed a crime.

Charly Boy had also said that the action of the police against the group protesting the resumption or resignation of President Muhammadu Buhari was disgraceful.

Charly Boy alongside other Nigerians led by a civil society organization, Concerned Citizens, were on Tuesday, August 8, tear gassed by officers of the Nigeria police at the Unity Fountain in Abuja.
