The former minister of aviation Osita Chidoka on Monday, August 7, visited the St. Philips Catholic Church in Ozubulu, Anambra state were scores of worshipers were killed by gunmen on Sunday.
Chidoka condemning the attack said it is sacrilegious and extremely wicked to attack innocent citizens worshiping at the church.
The former minister mourning the deceased demanded justice for all victims of the attack.

A statement by the director of media Osita Chidoka campaign Viola Okeke said the former minister cancelled all his political engagements to mourn the victims.

Okeke said the former minister describing the attack as shocking condoned with the parishioners.
Chidoka who is running for the governorship seat in the state said all must be done to track down all the perpetrators of the attack.
He said: “This is a very sad day for us all. Those who carried out this evil act have hit us to the bone and at our soft underbelly.”

He prayed for God to give the families of the victims and the church the fortitude to bear the loss and a speedy recovery for the injured.
ZENITHBLOG.com earlier reported that President Muhammadu Buhari while condemning the attack on the St. Philips Catholic Church on Sunday, August 6, said the incident is an appalling crime against humanity.
President Buhari in a statement by his senior special assistant on media and publicity Garba Shehu said there was no justification for such an attack.
He said such atrocity extremely cruel that words cannot adequately express.
