– The president is currently receiving medical care in London for an undisclosed ailment
The visit of the Archbishop of Canterbury to President Muhammadu Buhari at Abuja house in London has generated mixed reactions from Nigerians on social media.
While many Nigerians were happy that his health condition has improved, many are of the opinion that that the president has no business in London no matter the health condition.
Some also called on the Archbishop to prevail on him to resign due to his ill health.

Egbe Ebirien in his reaction to the visit said: “God Almighty has healed our president PMB. In the Bible, the king after Gods heart David was I’ll to the point of death and God healed him. See the reason for Psalm 41. Most of the persons expressing negative wishes now, who profess the Christian faith are doing same with their likes in David’s time. But God will put them to shame and deliver PMB for the sake of the righteous.

Consequently, some Nigerians lambasted Femi Adesina, one of the media aide to the president who posted the news on his Facebook page.

Justin Welby is reputed to be a good friend with the president and the visit which occurred on Friday August 4 was a visit between friends.
