President Muhammadu Buhari has met with his Ghanaian counterpart, Nana Akufo-Addo, on the sidelines of the 72nd session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The development was made public by the president’s special adviser on media and publicity, Femi Adesina.

Also present at the meeting, were Geoffrey Onyeama, Minister of Foreign Affairs; and Babagana Monguno, National Security Adviser.

The president thanked the leader of the Hashemite Kingdom, for supporting Nigeria’s campaign against terrorism and insurgency with the donation of military hardware and a pledge to further supply helicopters.
