Does Garki Hospital have officers lodge?

Garki Hospital which is ran and owned by the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) is one hospital that continues in greats strides to remain a hospital of choice when it comes to specialist healthcare.

In November, 2013, the hospital recorded a historical feat with the successful completion of three kidney transplants which has been regarded as an achievement and a rare feat within Nigerian medical circle.

Known as one of the leading hospitals that engages in highly technological driven and specialized surgeries, Garki General Hospital is an accredited centre for the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) located at 8 Tafawa Balewa Way, Garki, Abuja

Although It was closed in 2001 for full renovation, the hospital was reopened in March 2007 after a concession agreement for the management and operation of the new Garki Hospital Abuja was signed between FCTA and Nisa Premier Hospital which is in line with the federal government’s Public Private Partnership (PPP) Policy.

The hospital which in August 2016 inaugurated a subsidized sickle cell clinic to provide services for people living with the sickle cell disease is a model 100plus bedded hospital in the FCT which is setting the pace and breaking barriers both in specialized and generalized health institution.

Any inquires as regards their operation, recruitment or accommodation for officers can be gotten from the contacts displayed on their website.

As for an officers lodge, Garki Hospital do not have one. Accommodation for its officers are monetised in form of allowances.
