In a bid to campaign for his second term as governor of the state, Obiano and his wife shared a ride inside a tricycle cruising around Akwa, the capital of Anambra.
The bold campaign step taken by the governor could be seen as a way to get to know his people and experience how they live.
A governor can decide to live a day like the residents of his state but that does not mean he has to stop being a governor.
