Many Nigerians have taken to social media to wish President Muhammadu Buhari safe journey back to Nigeria following a statement from the presidency that he is expected back into the country on Friday March 10.
The announcement comes 50 days after the President Muhammadu Buhari wrote a letter to the Senate seeking a ten day leave.

The President left the country on January 19, 2017 for a vacation, during which he had routine medical check-ups.
However, the holiday was extended based on doctors’ recommendation for further tests and rest.
And according to a statement from Femi Adesina, special Adviser to the president on media and publicity, Buhari will be making a return to the Nigeria after 50 days of absence.
The statement added: “President Buhari expresses appreciation to teeming Nigerians from across the country, and beyond, who had prayed fervently for him, and also sent their good wishes.”
