After that, we have to leave it in a warm place for about 10 minutes. When the time is up, heat the oil in a frying pan with a piece of butter. Wait till it oils. Form a ball with fingers and drop them into the oil. Then you have to fry them until golden brown all around. Scoop them out onto a paper towel to drain off excess oil. It is usually served with pepper sauce with a chilled drink.
