The Department of State Security has lined up witnesses scheduled testify against a Federal High Court judge Adeniyi Ademola and his wife Olubolwale.
The Cable reports that 14 witnesses have been lined to testify against the judge and his wife in the ongoing money laundering trial among others.
At the resumed trial on Monday, January 16, the DSS said some of its witnesses including the secretary to the National Judical Council and chief registrar of the Federal High Court who served while Justice Ademola was judge.

The prosecuting counsel, Segun Jegede said the witnesses will be brought before the court to give their testimonies against the accused persons.

Jegede noted that Sani had bribed the judge with N35 million to avaoid being sentenced to jail.
He further told the court that Sani who was charged with pension fraud had faced a criminal trial before Justice Ademola before his arrest.

He also said a petitioner who had filed a complaint against the judge at the National Judicial Council would join the list of witnesses.
The judge is facing criminal charges bordering on money laundering and illegal possession of firearms alongside his wife who was a former Lagos state head of service.
Ademola was arrested by the DSS after a raid by the secret police in his Abuja residence on October 7, 2015.
