Without wasting much of time, I have come up with reasonable facts why your business doesn’t make you enough money through sales, here we go:
1.Wrong Location
Your business location will also determine whether your business will succeed or fail. Another important why small business don’t make sales is that the business location is either your are not located where your ideal customers or maybe you are surrounded by your competitors, this will hinder your business growth and business sales as well.
2.Lack of marketing skills
Another crucial thing that makes any business experiences low sales is that you and your team don’t know how to discuss the usefulness of your product or services to your potential customers.
Business sales require both marketing skills and personal characteristics without this your business wouldn’t make enough sales.
Look for workable and practical ways to improve your marketing skills either by taking a business course online or attending business seminars.
3.Lack of quality product
If the products or services you are selling or rendering to your customers doesn’t add value to them, then you will be in a state of losing customers.
You should know that the more customers you get, the more money you will make from your business.
As for me, I will prefer quality over quantity anytime, any day no matter the high cost of the product or service in question. Look for an excellent product that will meet your customer needs, if
4.Lack of trust
Some entrepreneurs due to the fact they want to make more sales, by all means, they discuss with their potential customers what their product doesn’t offer and if the customers find out, they will never return back to your business.
No one likes to be fooled around even you, what I suggest you do to gain trust between you and your customers is that you should always tell them the truth about your product, if it satisfies them, they will keep coming back to your business and trust me you will gain their trust.

5.Low customer’s appreciation
Your customers are the King of your business and they should be treated as one. Another reason why you don’t make sales is that you don’t appreciate your customer’s effort in patronizing your product.
They are some ways in which entrepreneurs can show thankfulness and appreciation to their customers is either by giving them discounts or bonuses if you are a small business owner and if you are a big business consider giving them a rebate, this will let them know that you care so much about them.
6.Lack of retaining customers
Its more cost effective to retain old customers rather than attracting new ones. The best way to keep your old customers is by getting in touch with them immediately a purchase has been made either by collecting their emails or contact numbers so as to let them if they are interested in any new product that you have in stock.
7.Lack of confidence
You have to believe in yourself as an entrepreneur if you don’t believe in yourself no customer will.
Have a bonafide confidence in the product that you sell, if you don’t, your lack of confidence will make your customers underestimate you
