My Heritage My Pride & Sisi-Oge 2017 (The Pride of Africa) cultural pageant held over the weekend at the Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event which saw Chiamaka Chukwurah emerged crowned queen combined the flavor of comedy, music and award ceremony giving it a very colourful touch as it witnessed the presence of industry stakeholders, royalties, government officials and other bigwigs including Martin Luther King Jr.’s sister-in-law, Naomi King under one umbrella culminating in the celebration of the African Heritage.

The pageantry, a brain child of Idris Aregbe is aimed at promoting African culture and heritage.
Celebrities who graced the occasion were Doris Simeon, Yeni Kuti, Yemi Black, Funmi Ajila, 9ice, Bobrisky and many others.
