Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan on new media, has expressed concern over the Nigerian Senate’s second rejection of acting EFCC boss Ibrahim Magu based on an integrity report from the DSS.
In a tweet on his verified Twitter handle on Thursday, March 16, Omokri wondered at the alleged fight between the two government institutions that culminated in Magu’s rejection because he failed a test by the Department of State Services (DSS).

Omokri went on to wonder about all the in-fighting among top members of the APC government both at the federal and state levels.
He mentioned the disagreement between President Muhammadu Buhari’s special assistant on diaspora affairs Abike Dabiri-Erewa and minister of foreign affairs Geoffrey Onyeama and the one between minister of power, works and housing Babatunde Raji Fashola and Lagos state governor Akinwunmi Ambode and wondered if the government can survive so much in-fighting.
