A man has woken from the dead after he was bitten by a snake and was about being buried. But, his living was short-lived.
Sandeep later died of snake bite attack
An Indian man caused quite a stir in his village after he woke up from dead after being bitten by a snake. However, another tragedy struck after he woke up as many realized he had not really died.
Narrating how the incident happened, The Sun reports that as mourners lit a funeral pyre to burn the man’s body, he started moaning and they realised he was still alive.
It was gathered that the 23-year-old, known only as Sandeep, had gone to gather wood from the forest when he was bitten.

When he returned back to his village in India, he was taken to a traditional Tantric healer in the next village.
The Tantric’s methods appeared ineffective and villagers believed he had died so they decided to bury him in the local cemetery. However, after the funeral pyre was lit, Sandeep started to shout and mourners realised he was still alive.
After he regained consciousness, his relatives took him back to the same Tantric practitioners instead of a hospital were he finally died the second time. He was taken to the district hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Tantra is an ancient Indian tradition of beliefs and meditation and ritual practices.
