Posters calling for the recall of Senate President Bukola Saraki, have flooded major junctions and highways in Ilorin, the Kwara state capital.
According to reports, the posters were circulated by a group called ‘Kwara Must Change’.

The posters read in part: “Kwara is not represented at the senate; our senator only represents his personal interest.
“Saraki and his aides are selling Kwara Central slots that should be given to unemployed in Ilorin to highest bidder as high as N10m.
“Saraki has taken several questionable actions that have negatively affected the economy of the country, as well as Ilorin.
“We can no longer tolerate the deceit; Ilorin has been deceived enough. We must change now.”
The posters outlined the reasons why the senate president should be recalled from the senate

Meanwhile, ZENITHBLOG.com previously reported that a youth organization in Kwara state, Kwara Youths Stakeholders Forum (KYSF), threatened to initiate a process to recall the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.
The group made the threat in a statement jointly signed by its leaders, including Mr. Charles Olufemi Folayan, president; Ahmed Alanamu, deputy president; and Abolarin Olusola, secretary.
The group stated that the long-running face-off between the Senate and the executive arm of government was hindering the operations of the government and affecting the masses.
