The All Progressives Congress (APC) committee on restructuring headed by Governor Nasiru El-Rufai of Kaduna state has met in Abuja.

The Punch reports that the 10-man committee which met on Thursday, September 7, had in attendance Governor Rauf Arebegsola of Osun state, Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo state, a former governor of Enugu state, Sullivan Chime and others.

Meanwhile, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, former vice president, has alleged that after helping the All Progressives Congress (APC) attain power, he was sidelined by the Muhammadu Buhari-led government.

According to reports, the former vice president made his comments during an interview at the Hausa Service of the Voice of America (VOA).

ZENITHBLOG.com gathers that he lamented over the fact that he had been pushed to the corner after using his resources to oust the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from power.
