Time to unwind as Acting President Osinbajo, Saraki storm Ibadan, received by Governor Ajimobi (photos)

– After a long week full of tension, Acting President Yemi Osinbajo visited Ibadan, Oyo state for the wedding of the child of an APC chieftain

– The event also had the presence of other top members of the APC including the Senate president, Dr Bukola Saraki

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the acting president of Nigeria stormed Ibadan, Oyo state on Saturday, June 10 to honour the wedding ceremony of the daughter of a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Wuraola, the daughter of Akande, a former chairman of the APC got married to Mr Olawale Sholabi in a wedding that was attended by top party chiefs.

Osinbajo arrived the Ibadan airport and was received by the governor or the state, Abiola Ajimobi.

ZENITHBLOG.com had earlier reported that Acting President Yemi Osinbajo was in Maiduguri, Borno state where he unveiled a new plan for the distribution of relief materials to victims of terrorism after Boko Haram launched an unexpected attack on Maiduguri, Borno state, in the night of June 7.

The report said Osinbajo, who visited Maiduguri on Thursday, June 8, said the new strategy would defer from the old method of delivering materials to camps of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

According to him, under the new plan, officials will now deliver food items to the IDPs at their doorsteps in exchange for a pre-issued voucher.
