The report comes just about two days after the Department of State Services (DSS) released the managing director of Capital Oil and Gas Limited Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah, a top oil marketer, from detention.

class="align-left">ZENITHBLOG.com had earlier reported that the DSS released the managing director of Capital Oil and Gas Limited Dr. Ifeanyi Ubah after six weeks in the custody of the secret police.

The oil magnate was released on Monday night, June 19, unconditionally by the DSS after his arrest following a rift he had with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC).
