Well, I’m not a man but if I were, my reaction would depend on if this were a norm. If it was a one time thing, it’s no big deal. Even the best cooks make mistake.

I’ll first of all snap the plantain from different angles… (don’t ask me what I will do with the pics), Then I’ll slowly start playing “I knew you were trouble” by Taylor swift or “Go your own way” by Fleetwood Mac. After that I will gently sit her down and quietly ask her where I’ve gone wrong and what I’ve done to deserve this? If her reply no make sense to my ear, she’s a gonner…. A lady that can serve you this kind of plantain, can one day burn your life savings…
This isn’t plantain anymore…you can use this as firewood to fry yam.
