A resident of Otukpo in Benue State was on Wednesday, arrested by members of the vigilante for allegedly r*ping a minor to coma in the area.

The members of a vigilante group from the Igbanonmaje area in Benue State have arrested a man identified only as Daniel who is a resident of Ogiri Okoh Street in Otukpo, on Wednesday for allegedly r*ping a minor, Eneh to coma in the area.
According to an exclusive report by Idoma Voice, Daniel, who had sent the victim to buy him food, reportedly lured her into his room and forcefully made love to her until the girl became unconscious.
It was gathered that trouble started after the force s*xual intercourse when the girl regained consciousness and could not walk properly due to the magnitude of the pains inflicted in her private part.
She informed the parents of what Daniel did to her, the men of the vigilante were alerted and immediacy launched a manhunt on him.
The suspect who is an Okada rider from Ado LGA of the same state, admitted making attempts to sleep with the girl but realised that the 8-years-old minor’s ‘honey pot’ was too tight for penetration.
He is currently in custody of the vigilantes.
