Guinness Book of World Records is reportedly looking into claims of an unnamed man who says he has the world’s SMALLEST PE NIS.
According to reports the man’s penis measures only 1/4 of an inch when flaccid. And when it’s erect, it only grows 1 3/4 inches. Wow. How does he have sex???
In the short clip, the unidentified man can be seen trying to get aroused so he can shoot out an erection.
